TERMS OF SERVICE
| • I will only start the commission once payment is sent. |
| • Feel free to tell me about any necessary corrections while it's still a sketch. Only minor changes will be accepted after that however drastic changes may cost extra. |
| • The workflow is: sketch → revision → final artwork. |
| • After the sketch stage, I do not usually share work-in-progress updates with clients. This is done intentionally, as I prefer to keep the final result a surprise. This rule does not apply to posting WIPs on my own social media. If you require WIP updates, inform me. |
| • I will not accept refunds. |
| • I have full rights to the image (include it in my portfolio, submit to my main page, etc). As the artist I still own the right to post the finished artwork and use it as promotion material. If you want me to not post the image, it will cost 100% of the commission. |
| • I am allowed to post work in progress images or work on the commission on livestream, if you wish for it to stay private,just tell me. |
| • I have the right to decline your commission if i'm unable to draw it. |
| • You don't have the right for commercial use of my art unless it was specifically discussed! |
| • Once I start working on it, your commission may take anywhere between a week to 3 months. |
| • English is not my first language. be prepared for questions if there is any misunderstanding between us. Please make the description more simple(or send photo references) and don't forget about the details that you want! |

| My artwork may not be used for: AI training or datasets;AI image generation;AI editing, enhancement, or modification. |
| This applies to both commercial and non-commercial use. |
| Please respect my work and the time and care put into each piece. |
| Due to current AI-related concerns on platforms like Twitter/X, If you are uncomfortable with how your commission is posted (format, resolution, etc.), please let me know before the artwork is published. |
| If no preferences are communicated in advance, the artwork will be posted in my usual format (image). |
| I’m always happy to accommodate reasonable requests when possible! |
Clients are also free to post and share their commissioned artwork in any format they prefer.
This includes reposting, resizing, cropping, or converting the artwork for personal use.
I do not restrict how clients choose to display or share their commission, as long as it follows the usage terms outlined above ( っ˶´ ˘ `)っ
